The enquiry form may collect your name, email address, organisation, production dates or location, enquiry route and the message you choose to provide. Standard server and security logs may also record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, date and time.
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the public website form. Where confidential or clinical information is needed, Production Medical will agree a more appropriate route.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, scope potential services, maintain business correspondence, protect the website and meet legal or regulatory duties. The lawful basis will usually be steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or compliance with a legal obligation.
Who receives it
Information may be processed by authorised Production Medical personnel and suppliers used to provide website hosting, security and business email. We do not sell personal information.
